Warranty and Repair Policy

Standard Warranty

All GPS Networking Inc.’s products are covered under our free standard warranty policy. GPS Networking Inc. will repair or replace any unit that fails within 1 year from the date of purchase.  Failures that are caused by customer mishandling or acts of nature will be subject to repair charges.

GPS Networking Inc. is excited to offer a lifetime warranty for all our standard products. For an additional fee GPS Networking Inc. will repair or replace any unit that fails within 100 years of the date of purchase. Failures that are caused by customer mishandling or acts of nature will be subject to repair charges. Please note this excludes accessories as these products are not manufactured by GPS Networking Inc, these units are covered under our Standard Warranty policy. Antennas are not manufactured by GPS Networking Inc. but will be included in our lifetime warranty.

Lifetime Warranty Cost

• $100.00 per unit for standard splitters, amplifiers, L1 re-radiating kits, L1 Antennas, etc.
• $200.00 per unit for rackmount splitters, L1/L2 Antennas, and L1/L2 re-radiating kits.
• $300.00 per unit for fiber optic systems.

The above costs are not subject to any additional quantity or promotional discounts.

Any unit not covered under a warranty is subject to the flat rate repair charges as listed below.

• Flat Rate repair: $150 Per unit or 20% of purchase price whichever is greater.
• Connector Repair: $25 per connector
• Antenna Repair: 50% of retail price after 1 year warranty

The customer will pay the freight on all returns & GPS Networking Inc. will pay the freight on all returns to the customer if under warranty.  Non-warranty freight will be paid to and from by the customer.
